- Answering to customers’ emails;
- Providing assistance to company’s support team;
- Registering customers’ accounts;
- Blocking, terminating customers’ accounts;
- Assisting customers to configure phones and routers, to update firmware;
- Supporting customers to configure the adapter to send and receive faxes;
- Supporting customers with technical issues such as problem with equipment;
- Supporting customers to understand their invoices;
- Assisting customers in case of quality problems, problems with routers;
- Assisting customers with payment, connection or other technical issues;
- Configuration of phones;
- Review documentations and maintain the status on a regular basis;
- Other tasks assigned by administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French languages;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Analytical and solution driven skills;
- Team player;
- Conforming to deadlines;
- Self-organized, punctual, accurate and detail oriented personality;
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize the work;
