Sales manager is responsible for working with wide range of clients and determine ways to streamline and grow the sales.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base
• Managing recruitment, setting objectives, coaching and monitoring sales performance
• Successful 3-years experience as a sales representative or sales manager
• Demonstrated track of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Russian and English languages
