CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We’re looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist. You'll be working on our growing Customer Support team to ensure that our clients are taken care of and proactively problem solving when any issues arise.
Customer support through online chat and e-mail; customer inquiries include information on services, stock exchange, other services provided by the company
We need a candidate that is:
A natural communicator
Confident and can-do, with a natural ability to deliver an excellent customer service
Proficient in Russian and English languages
There are 3 shifts in a day:
Day shift- 10:00-18:00
Evening shift- 18:00-02:00
Night shift- 02:00-10:00
